Our inspiration is drawn from the varied dishes of the area. We take a modern, unfussy approach to our menus combined with absolute freshness of the ingredients; fruit, vegetables and herbs organically grown and brought up daily from the vegetable garden, the farm's own delicious olive oil, freshly-caught fish and shellfish from the Ebro Delta, top quality local meat, and cheeses, and in season, game, black truffles and wild mushrooms from around the estate.
